James Baldwin is an internationally recognised graphite artist, specialising in beautifully rendered, high-quality aviation pieces.
Graduated from Cumbria College of Art with an honours degree in Fine Art and additionally obtains diplomas in Graphic Design and Illustration.
Has exhibited extensively in the UK and New Zealand and has his work on permanent display in the RAF Club in London, the RAF Museum, the San Diego Air & Space Museum and The Battle of Britain Memorial.
His extensive client list includes, both military, civil, commercial and private commissions. Notably the Royal Air Force with the Typhoon Display, United Kingdom Defence Academy, Royal Australian Air Force, US National Guard and Victrix Models, for whom he created a series of box artworks.
His latest work is a major commission for Jetstream Aviation Capital, who have commissioned him to produce a series of drawings of their sizeable portfolio of aircraft.
James strives to produce a constantly high quality whilst finding the most dynamic possible compositions.
